The lot is delimited by Jean-Talon Boulevard West to the south and by Buchan Street to the north. It forms an integral part of the plan and must comply with existing and future constraints of that area.

The two phases total approximately 250 residential condominium units. In consideration of optimizing the important viewpoints, the two phases share 12 floors on Jean-Talon and 8 floors on Buchan Street.
